Resolution of San Francisco Sokol Unit

San Francisco Sokol members were deeply touched to learn about unsatisfactory conditions and treatment of former political prisoners harshly persecuted by Czech communist government for opposing communism. Their heroic stand and their unjust suffering need to be recognized, their sacrifice to be compensated by improving their pensions (to be higher than their jailers and torturers) and where needed their confiscated properties returned.

We implore Czech government, parliament and other authorities to implement this resolution as soon as possible. We consider this morally important and urgent matter.
